Here’s a story I had written in January 2003. Lijoe (Chakky) inspired me to write it… 
I dedicate this story to Chakky. He is one of my fav. kids. He is honest and has very high ethics and integrity. All the suggestions he gave such as change in shift times , shorter shift cycles , extra snacks have been implemented in our company.
